34HS510 lip sync correction?

I've had it for awhile now, and would like to fix it, over the DVI connection from my Zenith player as well as over component from my HD cable box, there is about a 1 second lip sync issue, audio before video. Is there a service menu to correct this ? I have an older Philips receiver that doesn't solve the delay, and I don't use the receiver late at night when my kids are sleeping.

Felston in England makes a great remote controlled digital audio delay to correct lip-sync error. Google "lip sync error" and you will find their DD540.
