Has anyone bought anything from them?

I am looking at Home theater seating and like a few of their models, but I would like to try them before I buy them.

If anyone has any thoughts, they would be appreciated.

Thanks!!

I'm probably looking in the wrong places, but when I do a search for "4seating.com" I come up with little or nothing about them.

Has anyone had any experience with these guys?

They seem to have some interesting products at reasonable prices.

I went ahead and ordered 2 of their Excalibar chairs. The price was just too good. They told me it would take 4-5 weeks to get here and they showed up right on time at week 5.

The chairs are nice and look good. I sat in some of the Berklines at bestbuy and those were a bit nicer as far as how they felt when you sit in them. I got my 2 seats for $999 which was a very good deal in my opinion.

Only thing I can say bad is I ordered upgraded cup holders and they did not show up. I'll contact them next week to see if they can send them to me.

Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and would buy from them again.

Use extreme caution dealing with this company. If your order arrives correctly, you are OK. But if you have any problems (in my case they sent me the wrong part) good luck getting satisfaction. Their customer service department refuses to take any steps to correct their mistakes and every time I call I just get the run-around. Also, the seats I ordered from them were poorly crated and had some minor damage.

Unless you are willing to take the risk of not getting what you ordered, I would strongly recommend taking your business to a company that cares about its customers. 4seating will not help you after the sale.

For the new folks here are a couple of search tips. Use advance search. Limit search words to one or two. Less is more. CLick on the drop down for title search only. Highlight the appropriate forum from the list to the right.

In this case, it maybe better to go generic and filter through the titles....use seat or chair as the words or to filter some use 4seating (leave off the .com since many may have poster without it). There are a fair number of threads on this company. Remember less is more

Good Luck

No disrespect to those who have had good luck with this company, but in my opinion, 4seating is a fraudulent, crap company. Keep this in mind when ordering: I ordered an item that was listed on their site which totaled approximately $300.00. I recieved an email the next day with my invoice on it. One week later, I sent a status check via the web site to check on my order, as a reply they (again) sent me my invoice accompanied by the message, "Your item is usually shipped in 7 to 14 business days." another three weeks go by, no item, no calls, no emails, but sure enough on my bank statement is a charge for $300.00 from this company dating the approximate time that I placed the order 4 weeks before. I then sent them order status requests 2 consecutive business days, both with no reply. I finally call the service number, only to be referred to a long distance customer service number. After having me on hold for a while, they informed me that my product is NO LONGER AVAILABLE! I had to walk the girl in customer service through their own site to show her the product I ordered. She asked if I would like to order an alternate style of the item I ordered. Stupidly, I agreed (and actually gave them a second chance) so they agreed that they would call back with the status of the new product availability the next day, they did not call. They were completely unapologetic and unsurprised when telling me that the product I waited for 4 weeks and had paid for was unavailable. I am getting my money back. My question is, if I hadn't of called that long distance number, would they have ever informed me of the product not being available or would they have just sent me nothing (probably in hopes that I would not have noticed the $300.00 charge on my account). It is not very comforting knowing this company is trusted with people's credit card numbers. Chances are, the site is probably not too secure, either.

I had the same experience Joey. However, they never did issue me a credit on my credit card. I had to call my credit card company and reverse the charge from that end of the transaction. If you are still waiting for them to do something...anything...stop waiting and take matters into your own hands.

boy oh boy,

i hate to see this sort of thing from any business. If it's a random member ok but several have had negative experiences just in this post alone. I hope members are reimbursed, just being mistreated is unacceptable.
