Need Help Please!!!
While attempting to patch a hard drive using the RTVPatch software I got this error message" ***ERROR: Partition 2 does not start immediately after partition 1"
Does anybody knows how to avoid this or I'm doing anything wrong. Please let me know as little as you know about this please because I'm sure enough I have no idea why this is happening. Thanks in advance.

That message should mean the system partition did not copy over correctly. This will happen if you copied the image while it was still zipped with Winzip. Unzip the image and try again. If the image was unzipped you may be running into compatibility issues with the PC used to do the upgrade. If the later is the case, connect the replay drive directly to the PC IDE controller and or use a different PC to do the upgrade.

Geez. Once I experience this error on my own, I start to see it popping up everywhere on the forum!
I got this same error message when I was responding "NO" to the Large Cluster question, but the error cleared up when I selected "YES" to the Large Cluster question. (This is copying the ReplayTV 5000 image to the hard disk, then patching using the Linux Boot Disk method.) I know that this ReplayTV 5000 disk image is a good one, since I have been making several patched drives lately. The ONLY change between getting the error reported and getting a patched drive was changing my answer to the Large Cluster question (and patch attempt #2 instead of #1).
Give it a try?
