How to clean Brilliant white?

Does anyone know what is the best way to go about cleaning a carada brilliant white screen?

For general cleaning of light dust or dirt, a slightly damp soft cloth will usually be enough. For more serious cleaning, a product called "Simple Green" does a great job, although it can't perform miracles. What is it that you need to clean off the screen? Your "unhappy" icon worries me! :)
