The cheapest 26 inch (do you mean 27?) HDTV with DVI is the Samsung. They make both a 26 (widescreen) and a 27 (4:3) and they're both $700 at CC.
Panasonic makes a cheaper 27 HDTV but no DVI.
For 32's w/DVI the cheapest are the Panasonic at $850 and the Samsung at $900.
Keep in mind these prices are pulled off the CC and BB websites (chosen as these are found all over the US), you might find something cheaper from a local store or through an internet retailer.

almost all HDTVs now have DVI or better yet HDMI input
I personally use DVI to HDMI for my PC and works great and was easy
and most 32, 30", 27", 26" are below a 1000 dollars other than the KD30XS955
I bought a Sony KV32HS420 (the best of the 32" Direct View HDTV's).
CC priced matched jandr's price of $799.98.
The Panasonic 32" can be had CC for just under $800. I paid $727 but I got a deal because I also bought my Hi-def receiver and an extended warranty on the tv (for the first time ever).

I just realized that Xcited is "down under" so our price comparisons are for naught. The products they have may be completely different and very likely priced completely differently even when the exchange rate is taken into account.
