I have 1and1 for hosting because of a 3yr free deal they did some time ago. They offer the in2site online support module now, only a basic version, but now that I have integrated it into my site I don't know if it works because my site never gets any traffic. So, would someone be so kind as to check it out and perhaps email me if you see all the graphics and the links work and stuff. Mainly this new chat app. If I don't answer it's cause I am crashing, but thanks in advance for any help and insight on this! It's cyberescue.com and I wonder what the syntax is (netiquette) for posting links here? I should know, I have done it plenty. TTYL

1and1 fixed the problem... so now I can see when someone hits the site. Since only you guys probably did, I thank you for it. However, I haven't chatted with anyone on it yet... something else might be wrong. I know I see an "upgrade" button instead of a "chat" button to launch it on my site, that's not good. I wonder how I can change that...
UPDATE Number 2! "Is there any body out there?"
Turns out the free version of in2site only gives you an audio alert whenever someone hits the site, but doesn't allow the visitor to initiate the chat session. So, I just used the old cgi chat setup 1and1 also offers for free and now all is good. :) Also, I didn't have to pay anyone to get this done. So, audio alerts for new visitors and chat that works directly within the site. Nice.
