nero burner

i have nero express that came with my cd burner....i can burn vcd's no problem,but i would like to burn svcd,it says i need to upgrade i think i need,to put in a serial number...does anyone know anything about this? i think

Well, I guess the best answer to your question is yes, you need to PAY to get the Mpeg2 Encoder. But more importantly, why did you post this in the UTV forum?
