Need a quick answer about Panisonic CT-32HC43

Hey my local Wal-Mart has these on clearance for $400, marked down from $800. I am thinking about getting one, but I have to get it tonight if I'm going to.

Anyone know anything about this set? Is it worth $400? Currently I have a regular Sony 24 inch tube, no HDTV or anything.

Since it is a 4:3 screen you will have bars on the top and bottom when viewing widesreen DVDs or HD programs (you will need a HD box to get a HD signal). With Wal-Mart if you are unhappy with the set you can always return it.
