I've read about people using "emulators" to play SNES and other console games. I'd like to have some more info on this please.

I'm guessing emulators "emulate" the console in your computer. But how do you get those cartrige games in your computer?
Are there different emulators, or is it an all in one?
Are games free (doubt it)?

Can someone enlighten me or point me to the right direction.

Thanks

You can download games to use with the emulator. To use the cartirdge you'd have to be pretty technical and rig up a docking station of some sort with the different connectors for each gaming cartridge. Most of these games emulators are available on P2P, some are available comercially. If you google it you can probably find commercial versions.

I have a NES emulator called Jnes with almost 700 games. It's descent and allows you to use a USB controller but won't run full screen. If anyone knows of an emulator that will run full screen and allow a controller please let me know.

I believe it's against forum rules to discuss illegal activity, but I'll let you verify that yourself.

As for pointing you in the right direction...

Jnes is perfectly legal, it's shareware. I simply informed him where you might find games to download and even suggested that he find commercial versions rather than using P2P. Anyways, I didn't mean to violate any rules, if I did please delete my post.
