Panny S97 (and probably S77): Let's Talk Settings

Greetings Learned Forum:

I am wondering what other S97 (and presumably S77) owners are using as far as these units' settings. Here is a list of the various settings I am curious about. If you could please respond with your experience for each you are familiar with, it would be quite helpful:

1. Av Enhancer (not auto, because that defeats the individual settings)

2. Multi Re-master

3. Picture Mode: Normal/Cinema 1/Cinema 2/ Animation/Dynamic

4. Picture Adjustment: Contrast/Brightness/Sharpness/Color/Gamma/Depth Enhancer

5. HDMI Color Space: RGB/YCbCr(4:4:4)/YCbCr(4:2:2)

I realize that much depends upon display devices and individual preferences. If the feedback is all over the place, the "different strokes for different folks" hypothesis will be borne out. However, I wonder if there won't be at least a general concensus among many? Your time and input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You may want to add "firmware version" and/or "build date" to your list as some have reported differences to the brightness setting in particular to pass BTB that differ from, say the 528 firmware to the 540 firmware. Now that the new S97 build dates have hardware as well as software differences this might mean that the latest builds have different settings from eariler builds.

For example, I have a 528 firmware and set the brightness to +1 in order to pass BTB. I believe those running 540 no longer need to do this.
