I have my "upstairs" setup where I normally watch regular TV mostly. (I just recently moved all my "good stuff" downstairs to my home theater)

However, I am in need of a receiver for this system. I had a Sony 895 that I liked fine. The only real accessory I have is a DVD player, a CD jukebox - and possibly a video game system.

So I suppose I need DD 5.1/DTS and 3 optical outputs. I also want everything to run through the receiver for ease of operation.

I have good speakers here - Athena B1s. I really wouldn't think I'd need to spend more than $200 or so for a good receiver.

Any thoughts? I've looked at the Onkyo 502 and Pioneer 515, as well as the HK 135. Please give me some feedback - want to get one immediately.

OR-

I could bring my Sony receiver upstairs for everyday TV watching and go for the Pioneer 1015 for the THX. (If that's even really worth having)

Think I'll go with a digital receiver like the Kenwood 7200. Any thoughts?

If you would like to try out digital receivers, you may also want to check out the Panasonic XR-50, and the JVC RXF10S or the newer RXD201S and RXD202B. Any of these can be had within your budget of 200 bucks.
