Anyone have rp91 pinout for PMS sdi mod?

Hi, I am looking for a pic and pinout of a PMS modded rp91 to help me with my new kit install. I have searched all the sites including PMS, and cant find any info on a PMS mod installed in the rp91. I can find other sdi boards in the rp91 but not the PMS. Any help would be greatly apperciated!
