Need help with crooked picture

Hello, I just purchased my second Sony 27" FS120, regular tube TV. First one was ok, but this new one has a crooked picture. When viewing in widescreen mode such as DVD 16:9 mode or some of those standard def TV shows in 16:9 mode, the black bars are noticeably uneven at top and bottom. Starting from left at top, the black bar gets lower as you go across to the right, same with the bottom black bar. It looks as if the picture has been rotated clockwise just slightly. regular standard 4:3 looks perfect. anyone know how i can fix this? any help appreciated.

Does the TV have a "tilt" option? If not, the only other way to fix it would be to find an option in the service menu or turn the TV in another direction.

i just read the manual after you mentioned tilt, I should have just started there, it fixed it, thanks! i wish i knew what all these terms meant. thanks again.
