resellerratings.com shows a 1.67 out of 10.0 six month rating, so my advice is to stay far away.

Ok thanks, prices look really cheap which leads me to believe they sell refurbished products or worse yet may never see any merchandise that I order thus robbing my money.
WOW! I think we have a new record for the lowest rating of all time. A Panny 42" 7U for $1200? this is obviously the biggest scam of all time. If that price was real I would buy 10.

Saw all those negative reviews from customers. Feel sad for them.

From a disatisfied customer

I purchased a product package from a phone sales agent from PCandPlasma.com. The agent directed me to specific photos of products with specific SKU numbers. I was told I would get the exact products I was seeing and recorded the SKU numbers. My confirmation email indicated totally different SKU numbers and manufacturers as well as omitting two items. I called the sales agent and was assured that the computer confused the numbers but that I would receive the EXACT products I had seen and had SKU numbers for. I told the agent that a substitution would be refused. The items I received were the inexpensive substitutions listed on the email with the two omitted products missing so I called to get a refund. I was harassed about the substitutions being good quality, etc. but they admitted the products WERE substitutions. They are horrible to deal with and are insisting I pay a 15% restocking fee as well as shipping which was free in my package. Many online complaints in consumer reviews reflect the same bait-and-switch trap. Look through epinions.com and you’ll find many. This company also operates as US1photo.com and there are lots of complaints for them. They demand restocking fees, cancellation fees, no partial refunds and when a warranty is purchased there is no return allowed at all - you are expected to keep their cheap substitutions without recourse. They are also known for quoting a price for something then calling the next day with grossly inflated shipping insurance charges. When the consumer chooses to cancel the order they are charged the 10% cancellation fee. When I said I would turn them in to consumer groups and the Attorney General they laughed out loud at me and teased that they won those lawsuits all the time. They are scam artists. I have numerous emails, photos, documents, etc to support everything in this letter. I am happy to mail it to you if needed. Please stop these crooks.
Wish that I had looked in here for them before. I ordered a 50PHD8UK this weekend and just went through the verification procedure.
The total was the low price plus $249.99 shipping. Then they tried to sell me a Pany 4-year plan "worth" $1199 for $699, which I declined. Then they added $242 for insurance at which point I told them that I was no longer interested and didn't want the unit. So, they said there was a $29.99 cancellation charge. So, I said "For what? You haven't even processed the order!". So he directed me to all of the information on their webpage under their "Privacy Policy".
I printed all of the information from their website (including their FAQ that talks about how easy it is to cancel an order) and talked to the bank already. Looks like I will be refuting any charges that they attempt to make.
Crooks. I can't believe I was had and I'm glad that I stopped it before they went through the whole order.
