Best DIVX/XVID DVD player?

Anyone have any ideas?

Being able to play DVD-RW would be nice too.

Not having all these audio/visual sync problems might turn me on a tad as well, having those things not run at the same time is not a very nice thing to have.

Best option would be an HTPC. There's too many ways you can encode movies in divx/xvid, you can't expect a divx capable dvd player to always play a file correctly.

New dvd players featuring the latest sigma designs chip should be good like the avel linkplayer2, buffalo linktheater, and snazio player. These are capable of playing divx hd/wmv hd. The Oppo player can play divx/xvid also but not hd files and uses the mediatek chip.
