Hello ... I have a credit t use with a sony credit card I have. I would like to use this to buy a Sony plasma. Let me give you some background so you can offer the best advice.
The use of this Plasma will be for the bedroom and HDTV is not needed.
]I will be conecting a Progressive Scan DVD Player and a SD DirecTV Tivo box to this unit.
I'd like to keep the cost under $ 1,500 dollars and as mentioned above I'd like it to be a Sony to take advantage of the $ 800 dollar credit I have with them.
Now, I have heard that the Sony PFM-42V1 has an excellent interlace to progressive conversion circuitry. I can find this model for $ 1,399.99.
I have also seen the price for the FWD-42PV1 for $ 1,489.99 and was wondering how this compairs to the PFM model? Are there any other models you would recommend?
Thank you in advance for you time.
Jason
