best upconverting dvd player for the z2

what is the best upconverting dvd player out that is good for the sanyo z2 fp?

i now have the lg and iam using dvi cable because the component is being used for the hd cable....there seems to be a problem with the lg,it has a red push that cannot be corrected,as well as the known white crush problem.....

Well, the "best" is the Denon 5910. Please post your budget so we can recommend ones that are in your price range (eventhough they won't be the "best").

I'm usually in the plasma or pj forum, but try to keep up *a little* with DVD players. I'm only willing to spend about $200-$300 for an upconverting player. I like Panasonic. I see recs for both the S77 and S97. The Panasonic website gives almost no details on either one. Is one any better than the other?
