Hey everyone trying to find out what 50 inch to get for up to 4500.00

Picture quality is my main concern. It would be great if they carried it at circuit city or best buy so i can put it on my card. Please let me know.

Id go for the panasonic 50 inch... either the th50px50u, th50px500 or the commercial version, all those models have the same picture

The Pioneer 5060 but i'm not sure how much it sells for in the US. People are going to say either panny or pioneer. Your best bet is to go to the store and see which looks the best to you. You can't go wrong with either of them.

Pioneer PDP-5060HD hands down. Under $3K, Panny TH-50PHD8UK.

Pioneer 5060. See end Official Pioneer Thread (page 38 I think) I did a pro-con list between Pioneer and Panny

I guess that sums it up, pioneer 5060 or panasonic px50u/px500/8uk. ;)

I'd suggest that you check out the Zenith Z50PX2d as well. I picked up one about 2 weeks ago (had a Panasonic LCD rvp... 50LC13) and I'm very impressed by the PQ. The image is smooth and detailed while the colors appear very natural.
