Which Is Better Overall, Denon 3300 Or 3801?

was just wondering if you guys can help me out choose between these two older models of DENON. DENON 3300 or 3801? i know the specs of both, what about durability, quality of sound etc. im particular with music and of course, dolby digital and dts which both has. but overal what do you guys think is a better buy?

The 3801, is a pretty good step up, output wise to the 3300... Maybe not in what Denon rates them at, but in the real world, this is what I have found.
