Hey Guys ....2 Thumbs up to Oppo Digital :D . I had a problem writing the latest firmware to a cd. So i decided to call them. No wait time. Got service department and they told me to download the freeware software called Burn At Once. I did it and it worked! Way to go Guys. ALl i had to do was search the internet for the free software. Thanks!!!

Never pass up on the opportunity to post about Burnatonce anytime you see any thread about fw upgrades. There's a bunch of folks that had problems upgrading that were solved after they burned the disk with Burnatonce. Should almost be a sticky.

Oppo is a good company that sells anexcellent product at a great price point and is serious about quality customer service. I could always use another portable or DVR and will buy Oppo's as soon as they release one just because of the way they conduct their business. This sort of customer service should never go unrewarded.
