Which upscaling dvd players with HDMI use SiI504 chips for their de-interlacing?

I had read the Marantz DV9600 does but couldn't find confirmation of that just now when I searched.

9600 is Pioneer based.
I recall hearing of a Denon that was SiI504 based, but I cannot remember off hand if it was an upscaling player, nor whether it did so over component, VGA, DVI or HDMI.

I think the 3800, 2900 and possibly a couple of others but no upscaling players. As far as I can tell, the Onkyo DV-SP1000 and the Integra DPS-10.5 are the only two with the SiL504 that use HDMI.

HDMI is not essential I guess, as DVI would be ok too. HDMI is probably prefered though.
Any general opinion of the SP1000?
Excellent upscaling from HDMI. Component very good. Audio is exceptional.
One possible problem: some have reported lip-sync issues.
If you buy, be sure to watch many dvds before deciding to keep it beyond the 30 days.
