I have the 50" PX500U Panasonic panel and Comcast cable with a 64xx series HDTV/PVR box. I recently swapped out the box with Comcast for the "phase 3" version of the 64xx series and to my excitement it worked much better than the original they gave me. In fact the HDMI output (the phase 3 box has HDMI instead of DVI) worked with my panel.
All was well until I lost power last night. When I fired everything back up I got a green screen and a box that mentioned something about the HDMI being compromised on the display (sorry it went away fast and I didn't get to copy it down) and recommended using component. Now I get a few seconds of video and then it switches to a green screen on the HDMI.
Has anyone else seen this? Is my panel now blacklisted or disabled for HDMI? Anyone know if it's the panel's issue or the cablebox?
I don't have any other HDMI sources to try out.
