Need Someone's Pioneer 5050 Calibration Settings

Can someone throw out their PDP 5050 Video Settings. I don't know yet what my defaults will be, but wanting to get the advice of someone who maybe has used Avia, etc.....

Thanks, and are there any cheap calibration tools available out there for a new plasma owner?
