View Full Version : Samsung LNR329D comments?
I am thinking of returning my LNR268W and getting the LNR329D. Asides from the larger size, I also like its integrated HD tuner, better sound, and better response time. It looks gorgeous in the store, so I think it's worth the extra $400.
Does anyone have any comments on this model, or any experiences he/she wants to comment on? I think this unit is really sharp, and it's the best that Samsung has to offer.
ok... bit the bullet and ordered it. I bought it from a very reputable etailer, so I'm confident it'll be fine. However, I notice the etailer's website leaving out lots of details regarding the specs. I am assuming as long as the model number is correct, I should expect the same factory specs as all other LNR329D. right? They can't give you a watered-down version of the same TV and still have the same model number...... They better be honest... :)

Is the LNR329D last years model?
I thought all the 2006 model had a 52 or 51 in the number? Like LNS3251DX
Im confused.

You are correct, the Spring/Summer '06 LCDs are 41 and 51/52, and later 92 and 96.

LNR xx8 and xx9 are indeed last year's models.
the xx8s are the standard version, available at most mainstream retailers.
the xx9s are a faster, more detailed television, more oriented to boutique shops.

So if I found a xx9s is on a good clearance price lower than the new models it would be a good deal as the Picture is better and its faster?
The store Im looking at is going to stop carrying that model.
