Help with Widescreen on 4:3 HDTV.....?

First, I have a 32" 4:3 RCA HDTV model D32F750T.

My problem, When I use 16:9/WS mode, for Xbox 360 1080i, theres a thin white line that goes across the top of the entire image and also a fat short white line toward the bottom middle.... (see attached image)

It is really annoying and distracting...

If you have any ideas that may help please let me know.

I heard it may be a scaling issue with the xbox360, but not entirely sure myself.

Theres a thread about a similar issue in the XBOX thread under the gaming section.

I have a similar problem with my 4:3 HDTV CRT Samsung TXP2775. However, no one knows what it is. Only happens when in 16:9 mode.
