34HFX SVM Option missing in menu

Hi Guys,

I have seen a ton of postings about disabling SVM on the Toshiba 34HFX84.

The problem with mine is that it is missing on the menu?

Here is what my menu looks like:

Mode
Contract
Brightness
Color
Tint
Sharpness
Mode
Color Temperature
DNR
Picture Menu

Maybe I am an idiot..but I tried looking for it in in all modes, Sports, Movie...and using all inputs.

Page 47 in the user manual that comes with the set shows the SVM menu and how to select from high, low and off.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It's probably that SVM can only disabled in the "service menus", not the "user menus".

Thanx but I forgot to mention in my original post: Page 47 in the user manual that comes with the set shows the SVM menu and how to select from high, low and off.

My 34HF85 has this feature just as described in the user manual. Curious that the 34HFX84 does not.
