anthem mca30 great amp good price.
As AudioArchitect mentioned the Bryston 6BSST is their 300x3 amp. Have had mine for almost 3 yrs. and have been very happy with it. Do you have a certain budget?

I purchased the modular Emotiva MPS-1 from AV123. You can add additional channels later at a very reasonable cost. Very impressive amp for the money.

odyssey makes a well regarded 3 channel amp. www.odysseyaudio.com
also, checkout nuforce monoblocks... they're being touted as a real giant killer,
they're pricey though.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I would like to stay under $1500.00 but I will check out what has been mentioned and go from there.
Thanks again, Bill

I ordered a Emotiva LPA-1 amp today from av123. It is a 5 channel 125 watt amp with 2 additional channels at 50 watts. I looked at amps from both Outlaw and Adcom in the 125 watt per channel range. I decided on the Emotiva LPA-1 as the list price of $699.00 is about half of what the Outlaw and Adcom amps are.
From my comparison of the three amps the Emotiva was much heavier than the Outlaw and The Adcom, also the Outlaw did not have removable heavy gauge AC cord as the other two had. I thought I would try a 125 watt amp as my HT room is not that big about 12'x14' with one end open.
The speakers I have are from av123 which I am extremely happy with so when I bought the LPA-1 I was able to get family pricing that made the cost of the amp that much better. The Emotiva MPS-1 amp just received multichannel amp of the year from I believe Audioholics so I am sure the LPA-1 will also be a fine amp. Will post back when I have the LPA-1 hooked up.
