TH-42PWD8UK Picture Settings

Hello everyone! I just bought a new Panny TH-42PWD8UK EDTV Plasma and I would like some tips for break-in and recommended settings after the break-in period. The factory settings were all 0 except for picture, which is setup at 25. I set brightness to -7 and sharpness to +8. Is the picture setting to high for the break-in period? It looks great at this setting, but I heard you should keep this setting under 0 for the first 100 hours. Any truth to that? Will it hurt anything if I keep the factory settings where they are? P.S. :) DVD's are awesome on this tv.

Possibly some stuff here that you can use. I finally Avia'ed mine last weekend, and I need to put those settings in there the next time I have my computer on at the same time as my display. :)
