Automation question for MCE + iPod

1. I record Scheduled tv shows using MCE 2005

2. I then convert videos to iPod format using PQ DVD.

Is there any way I can automate it so that the scheduled stuff gets recorded by MCE and encoded to mp4 without my intervention?

While we are at it, any way it can get auto-added to iTunes, so that when i update, it comes into my iPod video.
