Receiver/amp/DVD/CD All in one - no speakers

I am looking for a an "All-in-one" system for my parents that is easy to use. They do not need speakers.

The unit does not need to play VHS or Cassette. Looking in the $500ish price range. They will connect to a Sony Wega 42" LCD rear projection TV and surround speakers.

Will be used for Cds, radio and movies. They are not audiophiles.

Any suggestions?
