OEM Manufacturers

Does anyone know where I can find a listing of OEM manufacturers? or maybe you know some off the top of your head....


I know Harsper manufacturers for Samsung and LG, and Niko for Gateway...but thats all.

Sharp
LG/Philips
Chi Mei
AUO

Toshiba and Hitachi have a joint venture to come on line next year.

well let me rephrase...the screens that Harpser puts in their sets are made in the same factory in Korea as many Samsung and LG panels...aka, the EXACT same panels.

the Harsper models that TigerDirect has for sale now are both Samsung, I even called their CA office and asked.

their main market is Europe, especially Denmark, Sweden, etc.

you can google them for their site, which kind of sucks, but it has some info and models listed.

Daewoo, Funai (Sylvania), and Orion (Sansui/Toshiba) are also OEM makers of plasma TVs.

I also once heard that Hisense makes for LG....any word on that?
