HP-S5053 : PC Input Picture Quality

I am using the PC input of my Samsung HP-S5053 for the Xbox 360, and the picture quality is very poor compared to the other inputs. There seems to be very little contrast, and most of the picture adjustments are locked.

Is there a simple way to adjust the PC input to look more like the other inputs (component, HDMI, etc.)? Would access to the service menu help with this problem, and does anyone have any information on it?

Have you tried it with the PC connected to your TV via PC input? I'm assuming VGA connection right? If you have some DVD player software try running the DVD movie off your drive and see if the pictures still come out bad. Way to narrow down the problem.
