Hi,
I have a new Yamaha RX-V2600. I have several sources hooked into it, including DVD, cable box/DVR, etc.
I have the cable box and DVD coming into the component video plus digital (coax) audio connectors. I have the HDMI out connected to my TV. This happens via HDMI upconversion feature of the 2600.
I can't seem to get the audio from the source to travel up the HDMI uplink and come out on the TV's speakers, but would like to do this as it would add a nice bit of boost to the voice level sounds, particularly since I haven't yet got my center channel speaker yet.
Anyone know how to get the 2600 to do this? Thanks!
