I am on my 3rd XBR2 since Septemer. Sometimes when I'm changing channels with the remote, there is a loud snap, as though something in the TV was arcing, the screen goes totally black, the power led light stays on, and in about 15 to 20 seconds the picture comes back on, without the date or time (which has to be reset). Help, what's going on???
