SAMSUNG LN-S4095 or 4092

Hi i was wondering which Tv by Samsung i should get. I can get the samsung ln-s4095 for about 1800 which is 1080p or i can get the ln-s4092 for about 1300 which is 720p. I was wondering if any1 knows is the 1080p a big difference for these models, they are both 40'' lcd. My viewing distance for the tv would be 3-8 feet. Is it worth spending the extra $ for the 1080p on a 40'' tv?
