Wooden frame warped. Easy fix?

The edges of my 100" BO cloth over the 1x3 wooden frame have warped. I plan to inset the screen in a velvet border. is there anything i can/need to do in order to get it all flat out?

You could make the border a box frame from 1"x3" boards. The border pieces would be at right angles to the current frame boards. This will allow you to straighten the screen frame out as you attach it to the outer box frame. Since the screen frame and outer box frame are at right angles to each other they prevent each other from warping.
